Behind-the-scenes moments

Most of my results come from written content.
But I like to improve things, and video is currently my weakest area.
So I’m fixing that.
Because sometimes you simply need a human face instead of words...
My production depended on daylight.
Which meant I couldn’t shoot whenewer I wanted.

This isn’t perfect, but it’s a step in the right direction.
The second bottleneck fix came from a brainstorming session with Tommy Molnar from Monetix Systems, who works across web development, CRO, and automation systems.
The observation was simple:
Video content feels heavy because I treat it as a separate task.
Something I have to “make time for.”
In reality, the valuable part already exists inside the work itself.
Decisions. Trade-offs. Problem-solving. Results.

That’s what needs to be captured.
So instead of adding video production on top, I’ll be embedding video capture into the workflow and shaping it into short-form.
Less context switching.
Less artificial effort.
More capacity for clients.
Nothing here is complicated.
